My name is Nicolette. My family is very poor. Actually, it's just me and my mom. My dad died in a horrible accident.
I am your tippical middle schooler. Let me tell you about my mom. She HATES me. She whips and beats me. I hate it.
Ever since my dad died she has been a pain in the ass. Right now I am cleaning the house while my mom is working. We can barely afford anything. At school I am a "loser". I am actually really smart. Get good grades but my mom thinks my grades are horrible. I have the best score in the district. But as I said my mom hates me. Here she is. Gotta go.
"Nicolette! GET OVER HERE!". I stood next to her. My mom raised her hand. I flinched. She hit me. She hit me until I bleed to to death. I cried. "One day, one day I'll run away."
